As a dietitian, I understand both the science of nutrition and the art of healthy eating and will help you with your weight concerns.  In your sessions we will talk about previous weights, prior weight loss attempts, your current eating behaviors, and what we can do to maximize your future health.  I understand that weight can be a sensitive issue for many, so I always promote a positive, no judgment zone. We’ll put together a goal-plan to set you on the right track and support you in your efforts every step of the way.

In your initial appointment, I will perform a full nutrition assessment in order to create an individualized plan for your weight concerns.  For one hour, we will meet in my office in Fort Loramie, Ohio or talk via phone or Skype.  We’ll discuss what motivates you to live a healthier life and what may sometimes keep you from doing so.  I will provide tips and techniques to help you live your most nutritious life.  Together, we will create actionable and personalized goals based on your health status, dietary needs, and food preferences so that --  regardless of size -- you can reach better health.  

Following the initial consultation, your follow-up appointment(s) and weekly check-ins will help keep you on track, monitor your progress, and set new goals.  You’ll receive encouragement, healthy ideas, and answers to all your questions along the way. 

Nutrition Coaching Packages for WEIGHT CONCERNS

YES! Nutrition offers 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month nutrition coaching packages featuring an initial nutrition appointment, follow-up appointment(s), and weekly support between appointments.
