In this one-hour session, I come to your home (in person* or through Skype) and go through your refrigerator, freezer, pantry and cupboards to find both the healthy options that you should be eating more frequently and the “treat” options that should be enjoyed only on occasion.  More treats than healthy options?  I'll help you clear the space and provide suggestions for healthier items.
