We will address common sports-related issues common to the athlete - like hydration status, vitamin/mineral supplementation, stomach/GI issues, muscle cramping, protein needs, etc. - so that you can maximize your sport performance.

In your initial appointment, I will perform a full nutrition assessment in order to create an individualized plan for fueling your sport performance. For one hour, we will meet in my office in Fort Loramie, Ohio or talk via phone or Skype. I'll evaluate whether or not your current diet is meeting your sports nutrition needs, discuss optimal hydration and nutrient timing for optimal performance, and provide answers to your sports nutrition questions. We will then create actionable and personalized goals to further your success.
Following the initial consultation, your follow-up appointment(s) and weekly check-ins will help keep you accountable, track your progress, and set new goals. You’ll receive encouragement, healthy ideas, and answers to all your questions along the way.

YES! Nutrition offers 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month nutrition coaching packages featuring an initial nutrition appointment, follow-up appointment(s), and weekly support between appointments.
